Upfront Quotes
We diagnose the problem, tell you exactly what it costs, and you approve before we start. If we find additional issues during the work, we stop and discuss — never just add to the bill.
Standard Hourly Rate
$225/hour with a 2-hour minimum for service calls. This covers most repair work. Larger projects (replacements, installations) are quoted as flat-rate jobs.
Emergency Premium
After-hours calls (outside Mon-Fri 8am-6pm, Sat 9am-4pm) carry a 1.5x emergency premium. You'll know the rate before we dispatch.

Pricing Questions
Do you charge a diagnostic fee?
No. We never charge just to tell you what's wrong. Diagnosis is part of the service call. If you decide not to proceed with the repair after hearing the quote, you only pay the minimum service call fee ($225).
What's the minimum charge?
Our minimum service call is $225 (one hour). Most straightforward repairs are completed within this minimum. Larger jobs are quoted as flat-rate projects separate from the hourly rate.
Do you offer financing?
For larger projects (water heater replacement, sewer line work, basement waterproofing), we can discuss payment arrangements. Contact us to discuss options for your specific situation.
Are your prices in Canadian dollars?
Yes. All prices on this page are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and include labour. Parts/materials are included in flat-rate quotes. For hourly work, parts are billed separately at retail cost — no markup.
